Hey Everybody,

The first Knowledge Exchange Lecture of 2014 will be:

PERSEVERING IN ACTUALITY: TIME BODIES IN SPINOZA
NICO LIAKAS (GOLDSMITHS)

THURSDAY (30TH OF JAN) AT 16h-17h, ROOM 221 EDUCATION BUILDING (GOLDSMITHS)

Nico Liakas is currently completing his MA in Contemporary Art Theory. At the end of April 2013 he finished his studies at the University of Toronto. He completed a Bachelor’s degree with a major concentration in Art History, and Italian Language and Literature, and a minor concentration in Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian Langauge and Literature.

In preparation for the lecture check out Jonathan Bennett’s SPINOZA’S METAPHYSICS here. (It is not necessary to read this to follow the lecture, but it will provide more background for those who wish to have it):
